How it works.

  1. Step 1

    A fixed-price start.

One named contact watches the joins, fixes what breaks and sends a monthly note.

Who you work with

Led by someone who lived inside TRIRIGA.

Logito is led by Chris Walsh, who connects the systems of large organisations to the facility services companies that run their buildings. He moved into TRIRIGA systems roles in 2015 after eight years as an FM manager.

Chris Walsh
Chris Walsh
Director, Logito
  • TRIRIGA platform administration, upgrades and workflow development
  • WebSphere Liberty, MAS on OpenShift
  • Integration through IBM API Connect and REST
  • DB2 database management behind TRIRIGA environments

At one of the world's largest facility services companies (more than 325,000 people in 30+ countries), he cut reliance on external consultants by more than 80% and standardised customer integration, turning each new client from a bespoke, six-figure project into a fixed, repeatable service.

Clients he has integrated include two major international banks (a FTSE 100 bank and one of Australia's Big Four), a national postal service, a national telecoms operator, a national defence department, a European government property agency managing about 4 million m², and a global video games publisher.

He has connected SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IBM TRIRIGA and IBM Maximo using IBM API Connect, IBM App Connect, MuleSoft and Azure Logic Apps, across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. He built the integration engine behind the live data feeds of a major UK facility services provider. He works hands-on from scoping to production support, and builds integrations that keep working after go-live.

Where we fit, and where we do not.

Better to say so early than to find out halfway through.

A good fit if

  • You run TRIRIGA, Maximo or both, and they need to work with other systems.
  • You want one team across asset platforms, cloud and application development.
  • You want advice that is independent of any one vendor.
  • You would like to start small, with one question or one integration.

Someone else may be stronger if

  • You need a very large team on site at once. A bigger firm may suit you better.
  • You need product fixes or licences. Those come from IBM, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow or the AI provider directly.
  • You want AI to decide with nobody checking. We build so that a person reviews the result.

Book a 20-minute call.

A short message is enough.

Useful to include
  • The systems involved
  • What should happen, and what happens now
  • Who owns each system
  • Any deadline
